Butchers Pet Care

A new manufacturing and storage building for Butchers Pet Care, producing 5 million cans of pet food a week.

The building contains hygienic production areas, retort cooking and cooling tunnels, automated palletising/labelling and 12m high racking storage.

The project involved significant infrastructure diversions including mains gas and electrical services, forming a new stream and creating ½ mile of Highway standard road. This was all constructed around the existing complex of buildings where operations were preserved throughout, with the project completed within the 38 week programme.
