The proposed 140,000ft2 speculative office building occupies a prominent site in central Milton Keynes, within a short walk of the train station.

With accommodation set over eight floors, including retail at ground floor and a double height office space at Level 8 with private outdoor terraces, the building will provide a new landmark to the Milton Keynes skyline.

Cladding consists of full height large format double glazed windows set within profiled aluminium panels- coated to replicate pre-cast stone.
