Dunstable Theatre and Retail Centre

This project is a part of major new development for the centre of Dunstable, accommodation consists of a 750 seat Theatre with six linked commercial units.

The theatre and commercial units wrap around an existing leisure centre providing a fresh façade and creating a new cultural hub for the town with an outlook over the Grove House Gardens.

pHp were chosen to team up with SDC to value engineer the project due to our ability to work as part of a contractor’s team, in selecting appropriate construction materials and quality of finishes, whilst maintaining a commercial awareness. This is a high quality, high profile development, delivered within a demanding 12 month construction programme.
