Goodman Head Offices

Goodman, client for many of our Distribution buildings, chose us to design their 15,000ft2 Headquarters office building.

Blythe Valley is a high quality business park and the new building reflects this location in its design, use of materials and landscaping.

The exterior rainscreen cladding uses two varieties of polished limestone, with a subtle difference in texture and grain. A simple main block is articulated by centre and end bays, which project up to barrel vault roofs.

The centre bay houses the rooftop boardroom, reached from the generous reception space. Interiors feature the trademark Goodman green as an accent colour.​
