Pinnacle Offices

This 206,000ft2 office building is the largest commercial development in Milton Keynes for 25 years.

The building features two storeys of car parking sunk into the sloping site, built in in-situ concrete. The main steel-framed buildings are built off the resulting podium deck.

pHp were construction phase architects, working with MKBC to discharge Planning Conditions. We also acted for Deloitte in the design and integration of their major fit-out within the building.

The design achieved an Excellent BREEAM rating with a major contributing factor being the use of CHP for heating and cooling.​
