Rugby Gateway

SEGRO Logistics Park Rugby Gateway (SLPEMG) is a 120 acre development with five buildings totalling 1,220,000 sq ft of logistics accommodation. Occupiers include Amazon, H&M, Hermes and DHL.

The site had a fall from end to end of 25m so the first works on the site was a 12 month earthworks package to plateau the site. Various masterplan schemes were prepared to enable the development of the site to be maximised.

The design theme for the Park uses horizontal graded green cladding to set the buildings within the topography and surrounding landscape.
